Nipoa's mission is to improve the health of Native Hawaiians
We provide direct grants to established, reputable service organizations whose work principally benefits Native Hawaiians. By issuing grants rather than administering programs internally, we reduce duplication, overhead, and administrative costs, thereby maximizing the resources available to support Native Hawaiians
Nipoa is a nonprofit, Native Hawaiian Organization chartered in the State of Hawaii and exists in accordance with all federal regulations governing Native Hawaiian Organizations. Our revenues are generated primarily by our 8(a) subsidiaries.
